QuickBooks records what happens. It doesn’t tell you what it means, catch what’s been miscategorized, or reconcile itself. Most of the messy files we clean up were kept in good software by someone doing their best between other jobs.

We charge a flat monthly rate, quoted after we look at your file. Transaction volume, number of accounts, payroll, and how much reporting you want drive the number. You’ll know the price before anything starts, and we don’t bill for phone calls or emails.

Your reports come with an explanation. Every month you get your financials and a plain-English summary of what changed and why — what earned, what cost more than it brought in, and what to watch. You shouldn’t need an accounting background to read your own numbers.
